Who runs this service
HeroBeacon is operated by an individual. The contact address for every request below is privacy@herobeacon.live. On request to that address, the controller's full identity and country of residence will be supplied to a data subject or a supervisory authority within 30 days
What a scan credit is
A scan credit lets one HeroBeacon analysis run — one screenshot processed into a draft recommendation. Credits are not subscriptions
Expiry
Purchased scan credits do not expire while the service operates
Irreversible settlement
Crypto settlement is irreversible once the payment network confirms the transaction. HeroBeacon cannot recall coins from your wallet
Refunds
There are no refunds after network confirmation. If the service fails to deliver a scan you paid for, compensation is issued as non-expiring scan credits
Underpayment
Underpayment: if the rail receives less than the quoted amount, the checkout stays pending until it expires or you pay the remainder
Overpayment
Overpayment: excess value is not automatically returned; contact the operator if you believe you overpaid
Expired checkout
Expired checkout: if you do not complete payment before the session expires, no credits are granted and you must start a new purchase
Account deletion
Unspent purchased credits are forfeited when you delete your account

Changes to this document
Material changes are announced by email to the address on your account no later than the day they take effect. If you do not have an account, the effective date at the top of this page shows when the current text binds
