Who runs this service
HeroBeacon is operated by an individual. The contact address for every request below is privacy@herobeacon.live. On request to that address, the controller's full identity and country of residence will be supplied to a data subject or a supervisory authority within 30 days
Permitted use
Use HeroBeacon only to get draft advice for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang matches you play. Do not automate abuse of the free allowance, scrape the service, or interfere with other players
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and capture token. Do not share them with anyone you do not trust to act as you
Free allowance
The free daily scan allowance is personal. Circumventing it with multiple accounts, shared devices used to farm scans, or technical tricks is prohibited
Referral programme
Referral rewards apply only to genuine new accounts. Self-referral, fake sign-ups, or coordinated abuse are grounds for suspension and forfeiture of rewards
Non-affiliation
HeroBeacon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Moonton or Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. All game names and assets belong to their owners
Dataset
Hero recommendations use a dataset built from official Moonton hero data and community tier lists, versioned and published separately from the app
No warranty
Advice is given under draft-time pressure. HeroBeacon does not guarantee wins, rank gains, or that recognition will always identify every hero on screen
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for scan credits in the twelve months before the claim
Suspension
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, terms violations, or conduct that harms the service or other users. Referral fraud is answered by suspension, not by deleting another account
Payment terms
Purchases of scan credits are governed by the payment terms

Changes to this document
